Role Overview:
- Drive new business growth in the K–12 education segment as a hunter.
- Represent Sodexo’s integrated portfolio of Child Nutrition, Professional Services, and Facilities Management.
- Partner with school districts to improve student outcomes and operational performance.
What You'll Do:
- Proactively hunt for and qualify new business across the assigned territory.
- Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to negotiation and close.
- Lead consultatively to uncover client pain points and position solutions.
What You Bring:
- A proven hunter mentality with a track record of proactive prospecting.
- Grit, resilience, and comfort with rejection while staying focused on wins.
- Experience selling complex, multi-service solutions in education or regulated environments.
