About the Role:
- Remote-first in US or BC/ON, Canada.
- Lead Corporate AEs in full-cycle sales.
- Report to Director, Corporate Sales.
What You’ll Do:
- Recruit, coach, and mentor AEs to exceed targets.
- Join client meetings and run forecast reviews.
- Travel up to 25% for events and offsites.
Requirements:
- 5+ yrs B2B SaaS sales, 2+ yrs management.
- Track record of exceeding pipeline and revenue goals.
- Strong CRM, forecasting, and analytics skills.
