Responsibilities:
- Utilize various channels to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews.
- Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a recruiter with at least 2 years' experience.
- Knowledge of the local market and recruitment attraction technics essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Points:
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Comfortable conducting business in English.
- Previous experience recruiting in marketing & support functions an advantage
