Senior Commercial Counsel

Role Overview:

• The Senior Commercial Counsel will be a key legal partner to the sales organization.
• This role reports to the Associate General Counsel and involves negotiating sophisticated commercial agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as lead commercial counsel for the Go-to-Market team, structuring and closing complex agreements.
• Act as a practical advisor to Sales on risk allocation and regulatory requirements.
• Build scalable commercial legal infrastructure including templates and CLM systems.

Qualifications:

• Approximately 8+ years of legal experience, including significant in-house experience in technology.
• Proven experience structuring enterprise and partnership agreements for cloud or AI services.
• Strong business judgment and ability to translate complex issues into practical advice.
