Responsibilities:
- Be available to answer calls up to 8 hours a day.
- Communicate to customers with a passion for service.
- Manage time effectively and exhibit a strong ability to multi-task.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively independently as well as with a team.
- Ability to quickly analyze the details of a situation and provide solutions.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly wage ranges from $18.79 to $20.10 depending on location.
- Employees based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ office receive an hourly rate of $21.50.
- Brooks offers generous time off including up to five weeks of paid time off, eleven paid holidays, paid sick and parental leave.
