About the role:

  • TeleTracking is seeking a driven Regional Sales Director to sell new solutions into established health systems.
  • You will treat every expansion like a competitive net-new deal, not an account management renewal.

What you will own:

  • A growth quota across a book of long-standing clients, measured on net-new solution revenue.
  • Your own pipeline within the base, whitespace-mapping every account for new buyers.
  • A standalone business case for each solution, quantified on its own merits.

What you'll bring:

  • 8+ years in healthcare carrying a quota in enterprise software, platform, or analytics sales.
  • A self-sourced pipeline record and command of the enterprise gauntlet.
  • Commercial courage to push clients toward hard decisions.
