Lifecycle HR (Primary):
- Design and run onboarding, offboarding and the full employee lifecycle
- Build and maintain HR documentation, policies, and compliance frameworks
- Coordinate global payroll and contractor agreements across multiple countries
Recruiting (All Roles, Including Technical):
- Own full-cycle recruiting across all open roles — creative, sales, ops, clinical, and engineering
- Source and screen technical candidates (Full-Stack, AI/ML, DevOps) without outsourcing to agencies
- Design interview processes and scorecards that create signal, not noise
Who You Are:
- You've built people infrastructure at a startup before — not inherited it.
- You're comfortable in ambiguity, move fast, and don't need a lot of hand-holding.
- You can hold your own in a conversation with an engineer.
