Position Responsibilities:

  • Support business customers on proprietary software to identify service-related needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Proactively stay up to date with all latest technologies concerning products and underlying technologies.
  • Prioritize and organize customer ticket workload with professional email, phone, and ticketing system interaction.

Position Requirements:

  • 2+ years of high-level technical support in a Windows environment.
  • 2+ years technical experience with computer software installation and configuration.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server operating system architecture and security; Zendesk experience preferred.
