Position Responsibilities:
- Support business customers on proprietary software to identify service-related needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Proactively stay up to date with all latest technologies concerning products and underlying technologies.
- Prioritize and organize customer ticket workload with professional email, phone, and ticketing system interaction.
Position Requirements:
- 2+ years of high-level technical support in a Windows environment.
- 2+ years technical experience with computer software installation and configuration.
- Knowledge of Windows Server operating system architecture and security; Zendesk experience preferred.
