What You'll Do:
- Design and maintain the operational systems that power our global support organization.
- Drive KPI reporting, forecasting, and automation initiatives to improve efficiency.
- Evaluate and implement new support technologies to scale with rapid growth.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years in Support Operations, Customer Operations, or similar operational leadership roles.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Zendesk and a track record of building scalable workflows.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to build dashboards and translate data into decisions.
