IT Recruitment Consultant

Accountabilities:

• Conduct proactive sourcing and passive candidate searches for IT positions using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and job boards.
• Build, maintain, and document talent pipelines aligned with current and future hiring requirements.
• Partner with recruitment teams and stakeholders to understand role priorities and deliver qualified candidate shortlists.

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of hands-on IT recruitment experience in an agency or in-house environment.
• Proven experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, and other talent platforms.
• Experience recruiting for technology domains such as cybersecurity, infrastructure, or enterprise technology sales.
