GTM/Sales Recruiter (remote, contract)

What You'll Do:

• Own full-cycle recruiting for SDR, AE, and Customer Success roles across Canada.
• Partner with sales and CS hiring managers to define role requirements and build search strategy.
• Use data to track pipeline health, time-to-fill, and funnel conversion.

Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting for sales/GTM roles in a high-volume environment.
• Fluency in French and English strongly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and track record of building sourcing pipelines.
