Role:
- You own retention across a portfolio of complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts.
- Primary focus is on relationship building, solution embeddedness, and ensuring customer business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage renewals and collaborate with Account Managers on QBRs and retention plans.
- Drive adoption through onboarding, training, and best practices to maximize ROI.
- Orchestrate account team (Onboarding, Account Management, Professional Services) for seamless experience.
Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years in customer-facing SaaS role, with enterprise account management experience.
- Strong communication, social media understanding, and CRM tool proficiency (Salesforce, Gainsight).
- Proactive, commercially minded approach with strategic account planning ability.
