Role:

  • You own retention across a portfolio of complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts.
  • Primary focus is on relationship building, solution embeddedness, and ensuring customer business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage renewals and collaborate with Account Managers on QBRs and retention plans.
  • Drive adoption through onboarding, training, and best practices to maximize ROI.
  • Orchestrate account team (Onboarding, Account Management, Professional Services) for seamless experience.

Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years in customer-facing SaaS role, with enterprise account management experience.
  • Strong communication, social media understanding, and CRM tool proficiency (Salesforce, Gainsight).
  • Proactive, commercially minded approach with strategic account planning ability.
