Role Focus:

  • Own the end-to-end recruiting process for Advanced Practice Provider roles, including sourcing, resume review, and initial interviews.
  • Build and nurture candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
  • Coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders and escalate concerns as needed.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of dedicated women's health recruiting experience required.
  • Experience recruiting CNMs and WHNPs strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with ATS and CRM tools; Greenhouse experience a plus.
