Role Overview:
- Manage and execute onboarding processes to ensure a smooth new hire experience
- Coordinate offboarding activities, including exit processing and system updates
- Serve as a point of contact for employee and manager HR inquiries
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HR operations role
- 3+ years of Leave Management experience with high volume onboarding and offboarding processes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
