Responsibilities:
- Respond to member and staff inquiries via the centralized ticketing system with timely, accurate support.
- Process a variety of membership, childcare, and program transactions across YMCA operating systems.
- Complete audits of account data and escalate issues to ensure data integrity and SLA adherence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or related field required; 0-2 years experience.
- Entry-level industry knowledge with routine tasks and limited decision-making authority.
- Strong attention to detail, effective communication, and ability to navigate multiple systems.
