- Assisting in the development of market competitive compensation policies and programs.
- Designs and implements pay solutions, strategies and programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field required.
- Minimum four years’ of relevant Human Resources experience.
- Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
