Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute training materials and programs that educate HR Business Partners and managers on compensation-related topics and initiatives; lead formal education sessions and presentations.
  • Provide recommendations to the HR Business Partners, Recruiting and business leaders based upon an understanding of each department's needs and goals.
  • Oversee the market data process including gathering, submitting and analyzing data.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree 7+ years of Experience as a Compensation Professional.
  • Advanced Excel Skills Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and tact.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with executive presence.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with variable Plan design including those related to commercial functionals such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success preferably in a SaaS / Technology industry.
  • Experience with total compensation programs and practices.
  • Demonstrated experience with Workday CCP certification preferred.
