Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist

Who You Are:

• We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team.
• You will manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across the U.S. and LATAM, partnering closely with hiring managers.
• This role is ideal for someone with strong execution, structured recruiting practices, and a collaborative approach.

What You’ll Do:

• Independently manage full-cycle recruiting for U.S. and LATAM-based roles, providing consistent execution and responsiveness.
• Lead sourcing, outreach, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Apply structured sourcing strategies, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled tools.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, ideally in fast-paced B2B SaaS or startup environments.
• Proven experience recruiting for U.S. and LATAM-based roles across multiple functions.
• Strong understanding of U.S. hiring practices; familiarity with LATAM hiring practices preferred.
