Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Request Management Subject Matter Expert for the ServiceNow platform.
- Support demand management activities, including intake and prioritization.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure demand aligns with strategic priorities.
ServiceNow Platform & Analytics:
- Ensure requests are properly documented and fulfilled using ServiceNow workflows.
- Monitor and remediate Request Management process deviations.
- Develop and analyze KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and reports.
Process Governance & Continuous Improvement:
- Advise ITSM stakeholders on Request Management best practices.
- Lead continual service improvement initiatives related to Request Management.
- Collaborate with Digital teams and business partners on cross-functional initiatives.
