Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Request Management Subject Matter Expert for the ServiceNow platform.
  • Support demand management activities, including intake and prioritization.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure demand aligns with strategic priorities.

ServiceNow Platform & Analytics:

  • Ensure requests are properly documented and fulfilled using ServiceNow workflows.
  • Monitor and remediate Request Management process deviations.
  • Develop and analyze KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and reports.

Process Governance & Continuous Improvement:

  • Advise ITSM stakeholders on Request Management best practices.
  • Lead continual service improvement initiatives related to Request Management.
  • Collaborate with Digital teams and business partners on cross-functional initiatives.
