About the role:

  • Drive engagement, satisfaction, and retention across a high-volume small-market book of business.
  • Act as primary owner of day-to-day client and broker relationships.
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities across the portfolio.

What you will do:

  • Deliver an exceptional client experience by executing key workflows and monitoring account health.
  • Develop and execute engagement plans aligned to client goals.
  • Lead client meetings and communications with key stakeholders and broker partners.

The ideal candidate has:

  • 3+ years of experience managing a large B2B book of business in healthcare or benefits industry.
  • Exceptional project management skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.

Compensation Transparency:

  • Total salary range for this position is $80,000 - $107,000.
  • This position is commission eligible and includes equity and benefits.
