About the Role:
- We're looking for a Business Systems Operations Specialist to support and improve operational systems.
- This role reports to the Program Manager, Business Operations and works across multiple teams.
- Ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new systems, and improving processes.
What You'll Do:
- Support and maintain go-to-market systems including HubSpot, Vitally, and other platforms.
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot workflows, automations, and lifecycle stages.
- Investigate and resolve system issues, workflow failures, and data inconsistencies.
