Senior Host Development Lead, Education

Role Overview:

• You are an experienced leader responsible for creating and executing global educational programs that inspire and empower Airbnb hosts.
• You collaborate cross-functionally to build strategy, define scope, and lead execution of initiatives supporting host onboarding, continuous learning, and long-term development.
• These initiatives take the form of scalable solutions designed to meet diverse learning styles in a globally consistent and locally relevant way.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the vision and strategy of key host education programs across the host lifecycle.
• Manage end-to-end strategy, design, and execution of scaled host education initiatives with cross-functional partners.
• Define program goals, optimize effectiveness with OKRs, and iterate based on data-driven insights and host feedback.

Qualifications:

• You have 12+ years of experience in Consulting, Strategy, Marketing, Education, or Program Management.
• You have a proven track record of leading cross-functional strategic initiatives and driving results in a matrixed organization.
• You are a strategic thinker with strong data acumen and exceptional communication skills, skilled at engaging diverse audiences.
