About the Role:

  • Drive joint pipeline, revenue, and customer success through alignment with Five9 and Cresta teams.
  • Execute in a sales-oriented, partner-led environment.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day owner of the Five9 relationship.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Five9 counterparts.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Global Technology Partnerships.
  • Support co-selling motions by aligning account plans.

Qualifications:

  • 5–8 years of experience in partner management, alliances, sales, or business development.
  • Strong preference for candidates with existing Five9 relationships.
  • Sales background strongly preferred.
