Program Manager, People Team - Contractor

The Opportunity:

• This role sits at the center of how Magic Leap's People Team is reinventing itself, replacing manual workflows with automated, scalable solutions.
• You will support the systems, programs, and communications that shape the employee experience across the company.

What You'll Do:

• Own end-to-end coordination of cyclical and strategic People Team programs, including talent reviews, merit cycles, and engagement surveys.
• Design and deliver communications that translate complex HR processes into clear, accessible language.
• Manage learning and development initiatives and new hire orientation.

The Experience You Bring:

• 3-5 years of experience in HR, Communications, or Project/Program Management.
• Demonstrated end-to-end program management capability and hands-on familiarity with HRIS platforms.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.

• This is a temporary, six-month role providing coverage for an employee on leave.
