Client Billing Specialist

Your Responsibilities:

• Work one on one with clients and sales to solve complex billing issues via phone, email and chat.
• Collaborate with other departments to solve client issues and find root cause to prevent repeat issues.
• Collect on accounts where appropriate and help drive PB revenue by identifying customer needs and providing recommendations.
