About the Role:

  • Take ownership of onboarding and implementation for strategic accounts in EMEA.
  • Act as a leader coaching team members and building scalable processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage strategic accounts, minimize time-to-value, and align goals with product capabilities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Customer Success in SaaS with enterprise accounts.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, data literacy, and Gainsight experience.

  • Cash compensation €93k-€101k plus stock options.
