About the Role:
- Take ownership of onboarding and implementation for strategic accounts in EMEA.
- Act as a leader coaching team members and building scalable processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage strategic accounts, minimize time-to-value, and align goals with product capabilities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales.
- Drive portfolio growth through cross-sell and revenue expansion.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Customer Success in SaaS with enterprise accounts.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, data literacy, and Gainsight experience.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Cash compensation €93k-€101k plus stock options.
