Responsibilities:
- Deliver superior customer service with high professionalism and responsiveness.
- Place inbound and pending orders on behalf of Business Development Managers.
- Triage emails and calls to appropriate contacts and resolve customer issues.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, call center, account management, or sales.
- Previous experience with Salesforce, Shopify, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, adaptable attitude.
