HR Compliance
Role Overview:
- Lead and own the full spectrum of HR and talent acquisition functions for a fast-growing, tech-driven organization.
- Shape end-to-end HR strategy, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute scalable hiring strategies across multiple functions, ensuring consistent access to high-quality talent.
- Build employer branding initiatives and develop workforce planning aligned with business growth.
- Implement and optimize HR systems, ATS platforms, and performance management frameworks using data insights.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of HR or talent acquisition experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience with remote or distributed teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of modern HR tools and performance management systems.
