About the Role:
- You will design, build, and continuously improve the products, processes, and data systems that power KIPP Foundation's talent strategy.
- You will transform complex talent work into simple, scalable experiences for staff.
- You will own a portfolio of talent products across the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the lifecycle of Development and Management Cycle products, from discovery to continuous improvement.
- Design, document, and continuously improve talent processes to increase consistency and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain reliable data systems that support talent decisions.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience creating and implementing talent processes and tools.
- Strong systems thinking and process management skills.
- Experience in the K-12 sector is strongly preferred.
