About the Role:
- You will sit at the intersection of CS, Support, Product, and Sales, owning the programs that define how customers experience Backblaze after they sign.
- This is not a coordinator role; you will build programs from scratch, own them end-to-end, and turn customer insight into company strategy.
What You'll Do:
- Own the post-sales experience across every segment and motion, from self-serve developers to Fortune 500 deployments.
- Build the Voice of Customer engine to synthesize feedback and churn signals into insights that move the needle.
- Make customers successful faster with scalable enablement programs that cut time-to-value.
You'll Thrive in This Role If You:
- Have 5+ years in Customer Success, Customer Experience, or Program Management in B2B SaaS or cloud infrastructure.
- Have built something from scratch and can describe how you launched, measured, and iterated on it.
- Are comfortable moving between technical and non-technical stakeholders and writing clearly for both executives and teams.
