About the Role:

  • Responsible for retention, contract renewals and cross-sell/up-sell into a portfolio of Onit customers.
  • Building strong relationships (internally and externally), including key executives/decision makers and other stakeholders.
  • Liaise with cross functional internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct customer business reviews quarterly.
  • Manage customer issue escalation process, as required.
  • Partner with Marketing in the development of references, testimonials and events.

Required Skills:

  • Experience delivering customer-focused solutions.
  • Must be comfortable managing multiple tasks.
