About the Role:

  • Act as the strategic and operational business partner to the Global VP of Commercial, supporting a $130M+ business unit.
  • Shape GTM objectives while managing the dynamic, transactional nature of the business.
  • Drive operational excellence and pave a path towards leadership as the business scales.

What You'll Do:

  • Establish and run the Rhythm of Business for the Commercial organization.
  • Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence of commercial and renewals team activities.
  • Optimize the end-to-end renewals lifecycle to improve retention and drive growth.

Your Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in SaaS operations.
  • 5+ years of dedicated sales ops or revenue operations experience.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities and proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, and SQL.
