About the Role:
- We are seeking an experienced Level 3 IT Support Engineer to join a growing Australian Managed Services Provider as its first senior technical hire.
- This role involves taking ownership of complex technical environments and shaping the future of technical operations, processes, and service delivery.
- The successful candidate will provide advanced technical support while contributing to automation, documentation, and operational improvements.
Ideal Profile:
- Minimum 5 years' experience within an MSP or IT Service Provider environment with proven Level 3 technical support across multiple technologies.
- Strong experience troubleshooting complex Microsoft environments and managing technical escalations.
- Excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced Level 3 technical support across a broad range of client environments, resolving complex issues.
- Manage service desk tickets, maintain high documentation standards, and assist with project delivery and migrations.
- Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiencies, and act as a trusted technical advisor to leadership.
