Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of high-value customer accounts and own renewals and expansion opportunities.
- Conduct regular business reviews and success planning sessions to drive product adoption and mitigate churn.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, and Implementation to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience in B2B SaaS.
- Experience managing renewals and executive customer relationships.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary range of $70,000–$100,000 with annual bonus.
