Responsibilities:

  • Respond timely to inbound calls, chats, and emails, documenting each interaction in a CRM system.
  • Provide second-level product support, handle escalations, and monitor unresolved tasks.
  • Support International distributors and Social Media team, ensuring timely follow-up.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma required; 1 year customer service experience required.
  • Bilingual Spanish/French encouraged; Bachelor's in biology or health field preferred.
  • Ability to read flow diagrams, use CRM tools, and communicate clearly.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Starting pay $25.67-$30.00 per hour; bonus and robust benefits package.

  • This is a temporary position through a staff agency; conversion to full-time possible.
