Account Management & Client Relationship:
- Own a defined portfolio of clients across Food Assurance and Healthcare Assurance.
- Manage relationships remotely via structured contact plans, including check-ins, video meetings, and business reviews.
- Understand each client's certification roadmap and anticipate needs.
Sales Execution & Quoting:
- Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations for certification, audit, training, and advisory services.
- Qualify inbound requests and convert them into signed agreements.
- Process orders and contracts with accuracy, and manage renewals and multi-year cycles.
Pipeline, CRM & Reporting:
- Maintain client records and pipeline in CRM with high data hygiene.
- Track order status, win/loss, renewal dates, and revenue forecast.
- Provide regular reporting and contribute to monthly commercial cycles.
Cross-Business Development:
- Identify cross-selling opportunities between Food and Healthcare portfolios.
- Support marketing campaigns and follow up on leads.
- Share market intelligence and best practices with the commercial team.
