What You'll Do:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts in the government sector with a focus on retention, upselling, and long-term partnerships.
- Develop and execute customer growth and retention strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams, introducing new products through multiple channels.
