Senior Consultant Growth Manager (Labor & Public Sector)

Responsibilities:

• Build strategies for territory and core consulting firm relationships to create pipeline, progress deals, and drive bookings, with a focus on labor and public sector markets.
• Lead escalation for key accounts, maintaining strong relationships and partnering with Sales and Client Success to protect revenue and drive strategic upsell opportunities.
• Develop deal-specific materials, such as one-pagers and presentations, to support active opportunities and advance deals for labor and public sector stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 7-10+ years of experience with deep expertise in the employer benefits ecosystem and a strong network of broker and consultant relationships, including exposure to labor and/or public sector segments.
• Proven ability to own and grow strategic relationships with senior stakeholders to create and advance deal pipeline, with a track record of driving complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.

. Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making and position Maven effectively, translating product and clinical value into clear, compelling messaging.
