Qualifications:

- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems like Notion.
What Success Looks Like:
- Consistently books approximately five or more qualified podcast guests per week after ramp-up.
- Maintains a healthy pipeline capable of supporting approximately 50 guests per month.
- Achieves strong response and booking rates through personalized outreach.
