About the Role:
- Serve as primary point of contact for clinicians using Ambience's AI documentation tools.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the platform, EHR integrations, and user configurations.
- Build internal and external support resources like troubleshooting guides and FAQs.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of customer or technical support experience, ideally in healthcare or SaaS.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills with a clinician-first approach.
- Availability for a 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM EST shift with overnight on-call rotation.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $36.06 – $50.48/hr (12-month contract, no full-time benefits such as health insurance or paid time off).
- Remote-friendly culture, full equipment provisioning, and flexible time off with no cap.
