Partner Program Manager

Partner Program Operations & Execution:

• Support the day-to-day operations ensuring policies, benefits, and processes are executed consistently.
• Manage partner lifecycle workflows, onboarding, tier movement, and offboarding, with a strong focus on partner experience.
• Track and report on partner program metrics such as applications, onboarding completion, certification progress, engagement, and activation.

Partner Enablement & Activation:

• Support the creation and maintenance of scalable enablement resources that help partners succeed as Webflow agencies.
• Help manage and organize partner enablement content across our LMS, partner portal, and internal tools.
• Assist with the execution of live and virtual trainings, webinars, and office hours for partners.

Partner Communication & Engagement:

• Help execute regular partner communications, including newsletters, announcements, and program updates.
• Support initiatives that drive partner engagement and participation, such as enablement campaigns, new program benefits, or pilot programs.
• Act as an operational point of contact for partners, helping route questions or issues to the right internal teams when needed.
