YOUR MISSION:

  • Own the seller support experience: tickets, escalations, and moments a seller needs someone in their corner.
  • Investigate and resolve payout, shipping, and live-room glitches with speed and judgment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • In 0–3 months: get deep into Tilt’s operations, respond to tickets across chat and email, and learn to investigate end to end.
  • In 3+ months: handle live selling events confidently, escalate to product/engineering, and spot recurring issues.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Experienced in customer or seller support at a marketplace, e-commerce, or fast-moving startup.
  • Clear, warm writer who can explain tricky situations without jargon.
  • Calm under pressure, organized, and happy to work weekends.
