About the Role:
- Provide overnight support to Parkade users during PST hours.
- Handle Tier 1 support requests and routine administrative tasks.
- Work independently and follow established processes.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to incoming customer support requests and identify root causes.
- Help users troubleshoot and complete actions in the app.
- Prioritize requests based on urgency and escalate when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in customer support or similar role.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
