New Business Development Partner

What you'll do:

• Build pipeline and generate net-new revenue across assigned Local territories, providing temporary coverage during leaves and vacancies.
• Prospect consistently through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and market engagement.
• Partner with Sales Managers throughout the sales process, taking increasing ownership of discovery, follow-up, proposals, negotiation, and deal execution.

Who you are:

• You have 3–5+ years of sales or business development experience with a strong emphasis on new business.
• You thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly to new markets, and love building from scratch.
• You are energized by prospecting, resilient in the face of rejection, and motivated by creating new opportunities.
