Seasonal Sales Associate (Contract)

About the Role:

• As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll focus on converting inbound interest, generating pipeline, and closing new logos during our busiest time of year.
• You'll play a critical role in introducing prospective customers to Goody’s platform, articulating value, and guiding them on how to execute on their gifting campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Own the full sales cycle from inbound lead qualification to closing as well as outbounding for pipeline generation for net new customers within the SMB segment.
• Drive consultative, solution-based conversations with small business prospects to understand their gifting needs and position Goody’s value.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Customer Experience to ensure a smooth post-sale handoff and customer onboarding experience.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a full cycle closing sales role, preferably in B2B SaaS, ecommerce, or a high-velocity transactional sales environment.
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota in a high-volume sales role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to quickly build trust with SMB buyers.

Compensation & Benefits:

• This is a remote, contract-based position with core customer-facing hours from 9 AM–5 PM PST, Monday through Friday.
