What you'll do:
- Assist recruiters with collecting candidate offer letters, I9 documentation and other relevant onboarding information.
- Manage multiple steps in the onboarding process including, but not limited to, submitting & reviewing background checks, sending new hire documentation, and completing the hiring process via UKG.
- Maintain new hire rosters and communicate information to partners in IT and Facilities for equipment shipping/pick-up, tracking, etc
In this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting or employee onboarding experience, preferred
- At least 2 years experience processing Form I-9 documentation, required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, which encompasses solid grammar skills, excellent listening skills, and the ability to communicate effectively through phone, in-person, and electronic communication.
Compensation & Benefits:
- This role is non-exempt. The target annual compensation band for this position ranges $50,000-$65,000, commensurate with experience and performance.
