Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to inbound phone inquiries about STAT medical records.
- Provide status updates and escalate complex issues to supervisors.
- Monitor fax queues and ensure timely processing of requests.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college courses a plus.
- 6 months of experience with MRO processes preferred.
- Strong customer service, data entry, and problem-solving skills.
Work Schedule:
- Part-time shifts available including evenings and weekends.
- Specific schedules: Wed 4-11pm, Sat/Sun 7:30-4pm, or Fri-Sun overnight.
