What you will do:
- Educate and support Trupanion customers requesting to cancel their policy.
- Manage high call volumes with empathy and efficiency.
- Provide outstanding customer support by active listening and taking action.
Experience you have:
- 3 years in customer retention or account management in a call center.
- Proven success in retaining customers and handling cancellations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation:
- The pay for this position is $23/hour on a full-time schedule.
- Employees may be eligible for uncapped monthly bonuses.
- Restricted Stock Units are granted to all new team members.
