About the Role:
- Nooks is building the agent workspace for intelligent outbound, where AI agents and reps work together to build pipeline faster.
- This is a zero-to-one role to build a partnerships motion that generates pipeline from scratch.
What You'll Do:
- Define partnerships strategy, prioritize partner types, and stand up the first deals personally.
- Source and close partnership agreements that generate pipeline through referral, reseller, and co-sell motions.
- Design commercial models and GTM motion for each partnership type, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Legal.
About You:
- 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships or business development at a SaaS or AI company.
- Zero-to-one experience building a partnerships function from scratch in a high-growth environment.
- Strong existing network across resellers, agencies, SIs, and technical partners like Google, AWS, Salesforce.
