What you'll do:
- Provide fast, clear, and careful support to clinicians and care teams relying on ArcHouse.
- Resolve issues across Pylon, email, chat, phone, and Slack using APIs, SQL, and logs.
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years in B2B technical or customer support, ideally SaaS.
- Hands-on API and SQL investigation skills with HIPAA experience.
